It would be very prudent to tip…especially if they will be doing this again later for your wedding. It is the right thing to do AND you will get better service, if you do, for your actual wedding. Unfortunately, money is almost always tight. I imagine your stylist would say the same thing for her own situations.

Money hasn't been tight in my adulthood before getting engaged, but as you can imagine having a Saturday wedding in NJ is very expensive.
